These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkplus platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Minimum Age. The pkplus platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pkplus reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, under the age of 18. Any Funds held in an underage Account will be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of pkplus complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction. pkplus makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in any particular location. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not access pkplus. Registration on pkplus constitutes your unequivocal representation that such access and use is lawful where you are located.
2.3 One Account per Person. Each User may maintain only one Account on pkplus. The creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein, including winnings. If you believe a duplicate Account exists in your name without your authorisation, contact pkplus support immediately.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during Account registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure without prior notice.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). pkplus operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity documentation before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by pkplus will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. pkplus will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify pkplus support immediately via the live chat service. pkplus will take reasonable steps to suspend Account access upon receipt of such notification.
3.3 Accurate Contact Information. You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details current. pkplus will communicate account notices, security alerts, and promotional communications to the email address and mobile number registered on your Account. You agree that pkplus's obligations to notify you are fulfilled upon dispatch to your registered contact details.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. pkplus does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkplus bears no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa recipients under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 4 business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
4.3 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. pkplus generally requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. Where this is not technically possible, pkplus will use reasonable alternative arrangements.
4.4 Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate applied by pkplus at the time of the transaction.
4.5 Refused Transactions. pkplus reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on pkplus are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail.
5.2 Finality of Results. The outcome of all casino games and the settlement of sports betting markets as recorded by pkplus's systems shall be final, subject to any manifest error correction described in clause 5.3.
5.3 Manifest Errors. pkplus reserves the right to void and re-settle bets where the result was determined or settled on the basis of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game payouts, or data feed failures. In such cases, pkplus will notify affected Users and adjust Account balances accordingly.
5.4 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits through the Account settings tools available on pkplus. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. See Section 11 for further detail.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers and bonuses made available by pkplus are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and eligible game categories. These Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pkplus reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus credits and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting manifest errors in bonus configurations. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse will be permanently closed.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds expire on the date specified in the applicable offer. pkplus will not reinstate expired bonuses.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkplus and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
pkplus reserves the right to immediately close any Account found to have engaged in restricted activities and to forfeit all associated Funds, including winnings, without prior notice.
All content on the pkplus platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of pkplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkplus content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
9.2 pkplus does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. pkplus will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify Users of planned maintenance in advance.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pkplus's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
pkplus collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pkplus.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on pkplus, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. pkplus implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to process payments, comply with legal obligations, or provide contracted services.

pkplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) a User's Account activity poses a risk of financial crime; (c) a User has provided false registration information; (d) continued Account operation would violate applicable law or regulatory guidance; or (e) pkplus is required to do so by a competent authority. Upon Account closure, any Funds remaining after deduction of applicable amounts will be returned to the User's most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkplus is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkplus's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
pkplus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkplus will provide notice via the email address registered on your Account or via a prominent notification on the platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the pkplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
